Marrin Real Estate was established in 1930 by Jean Fyfe Marrin and passed on to her son, Oswald in the 1950s. I purchased the agency from Oz in 1994, and, in 2007, my son Marcus joined our staff. At that time, he had over 10 years of real estate and financing experience in Jacksonville Florida to his credit. Today, he is the Managing Broker. Our agency has been in continuous operation longer than any other Litchfield real estate agency by nearly two decades and has remained a family-owned company through these many years.
Historically, we’ve had many pleasant ongoing relationships with residents from nearby states who originally came to enjoy our peaceful area for a short time, then became week-end residents and finally, decided to remain fulltime.
It has been our pleasure to continue the time-honored tradition of personal service to our clients while recognizing the ever-changing technological advances that benefit all of us.
